  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a discreet shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in a plain, unmarked box to ensure privacy and include your RMA slip inside the package before sealing it.

  Process and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
